  What is a dialer?
A dialer is an icon using which; you get connected to the Internet. Behind this icon a program runs which carries information about your ISP like the phone number, DNS entries etc. We can say that the dialer is like a telephone and it is used to dial in to your ISP.

How do I make a dialer?
Double click on My Computer icon.
Double click on Dial up Networking icon.
Double click on Make New Connection icon.
Type in "Type a name of the Company you are dialing".
Click on Next.
Type the phone number (e.g. 13111743) or any other access number to     connect to the internet. (Note: Area code and Country code is not     necessary).
Click on Finish.

How to Setup your Dialer?
Double click on My Computer icon.
Double click on Dial up Networking icon.
Single right click on Si3online.net icon.
Single left click on Properties.
Remove the tick mark from use Country Code and Area Code by a single       left click on it.
Click on Server Type tab.
Place tick marks on Log on to Network and Enable Software Compression     in Advanced options and remove tick marks from NetBEUI and IPX/SPX     compatible in allowed network protocols.
Click on TCP/IP Settings.
Click on Server Assigned IP Address.
Click on Ok and again on Ok to close all dialogue boxes.

How to make a Shortcut of the Dialer?
Click on My Computer icon.
Click on Dial up Networking icon.
Single right click on Si3.net icon.
Click on create shortcut, Windows will prompt you to make this shortcut on     the Desktop.
Click on Yes.
Close all dialogue boxes. Now you are ready to connect to si3online.net by     double clicking the icon, shortcut to Si3online.net.

How to configure TCP/IP?
Double click the My Computer icon on your Desktop.
Double click the Control Panel.
Double click the Network icon in the Control Panel.
Click on Add button.
Double click on Adapter.
You have to select Microsoft from the manufacturer list on your left and     select Dial up Adapter from the right, then click Ok.
Click on Add button.
Double click the Protocol.
Select Microsoft from the manufacturer list on your left and select TCP/IP     from the right, then click ok.
Double click the TCP/IP from the list.
Click on DNS Configuration tab.
Click on the disable DNS radio button.
Click on WINS Configuration on top then click on Disable WINS Resolution     option.
Then click Ok and again Ok.
If message appears prompting you to Insert Windows 95/98 CD, you have     to be sure that you insert the right CD of Windows, whatever version you     have, type in the exact path in the pop up window to indicate the location of     the files   of 95/98.
After copying the files, you will be prompted to restart the Computer now.
Single left click on Yes

How to install Netscape Navigator?
Double click Netscape Navigator's Installation file.
Click on Yes when prompted to install Netscape Navigator.
Click on Next to continue.
Click Next (destination directory).
Click No when prompted to install Cool Talk (this step is unavailable for     some versions of Netscape Navigator).
Click on I Accept (License Agreement).
Configuring Start Page
Click Options on the Menu bar.
Click General Preferences.
Click Appearance.
In the edit box under Browser Starts With type http://www.si3online.net.
Click OK

How to configure Mail Server?
Click Options on the Menu bar.
Click Mail and News Preferences.
Click Servers.
In Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server, smtp.si3online.net, port 25
In Incoming Mail (POP3) Server, pop.si3online.net, port 110
In POP3 User Name, type your UserID

How to configure Proxy Server?
Click Options on the menu bar.
Click Network Preferences.
Click Proxies.
Click Manual Proxy Configuration.
Click View.
In FTP Proxy, type proxy.si3online.net
In HTTP Proxy,proxy.si3online.net, port 8080
